Coaching Policies

These policies help ensure a positive experience for every student while respecting both your time and mine. Please review them carefully before booking a session.

  • All sessions are scheduled online through Calendly after payment.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session link and any required pre-work instructions.

    Please arrive on time; sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using your Calendly link.

    Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and may require rebooking.

    If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible at to the email in your confirmation.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

    One courtesy reschedule is allowed per package (Ignite or Catalyst) if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked, as your time slot and preparation are reserved exclusively for you.

    If you experience technical issues or need to reschedule due to an emergency, I will gladly work with you to find a new time.

    For multi-session packages, refunds will only be considered if the first session has not yet occurred and a written request is made at least 48 hours before the first appointment.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking through Stripe.
    The Spark Session requires a single payment.

    Ignite and Catalyst packages include all sessions and preparation time; sessions must be completed within 90 days (Ignite) or 150 days (Catalyst) of the first booking date.

    Multi-session packages must be used within the time frames listed above.

    Unused sessions after that period expire and are non-refundable.

  • Before each session, please complete your intake form and upload your résumé or materials at least 24 hours in advance so I can prepare meaningful feedback.

    If materials are not submitted in advance, the session may focus on alternative topics such as career clarity, professional goals, or next steps.

  • My role is to guide, support, and equip you with tools to achieve your goals. Results depend on your effort, follow-through, and active participation.

    All conversations and materials shared during sessions are treated as confidential.

  • You may email me for brief questions between sessions; please allow 1–2 business days for a response.

    For in-depth guidance, additional sessions can be booked as needed.

  • Winners must schedule their session within 30 days of receiving their booking link.

    Missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or substitution.
